After choosing the desired unit, you can submit an online request or proceed directly with the booking if the offer allows instant confirmation. If you prefer, you can also contact us and we can make the reservation together.
Availability is displayed in real-time for direct booking offers. For other accommodations, the check is performed after the request is submitted, and a consultant will confirm available spots as quickly as possible.
Payment can be made by card, bank transfer, or cash at our office. In some cases, secure online payment is also available directly from your client account.
You can pay in RON or in the currency of the offer. If payment is made in RON for an offer quoted in EUR, the exchange rate communicated at the time of booking will apply.
The displayed rate includes accommodation and, where mentioned, breakfast or other standard amenities. Local or resort taxes may be payable separately at reception, according to hotel policies.
Each unit has its own cancellation policy – some rates are flexible, others are non-refundable. All conditions are clearly displayed before booking and are included in the voucher and contract.
