Choose your desired excursion, select an available date from the calendar, and complete the online form with your contact details. If you prefer, you can also send your request via message or phone, and a consultant will finalize the booking with you.
You can pay online by card through a secure system, by bank transfer, or, for programs including at least one night of accommodation, with holiday vouchers. All options are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
The reservation is permanently confirmed after the deposit is paid. Seats are held for a maximum of 24 hours without payment to avoid overbooking available spots.
Day trips usually have rates starting from 150 - 200 lei/person. For larger groups or children, discounts displayed on each program's page apply.
The rate includes transport according to the itinerary, guiding (where mentioned), safety equipment, and the electronic voucher. Meals, entrance fees to attractions, and personal expenses are paid separately to maintain flexibility for each participant.
The departure point is clearly mentioned on the electronic voucher and the excursion page. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time for boarding or departure.
Excursions are organized with a minimum number of participants, depending on the route. For small groups or families, a private, customized version can be opted for.
Children are welcome, but for safety, we recommend requesting a private excursion for very young ones. For logistical and comfort reasons, pets are not accepted on the tours.
No additional documents are required for domestic day trips. The electronic voucher received via email is sufficient for check-in.
Excursions are organized with verified equipment and authorized guides. Mandatory safety equipment, such as life jackets, is provided and must be worn according to the guide's instructions.
Yes. Modifications are made through a message sent to the consultant who handled the reservation. Cancellation conditions depend on the chosen program and are transparently displayed before payment.
The reservation is automatically canceled and the spots are released for other participants. You can submit a new request at any time, depending on availability.
