Checking is quick and done directly online. Click on “See prices” or “Book” on the page of the desired stay, and the system will show you available rooms, updated rates, and any active offers in real-time. If there are no more vacancies or you want a different room type or period, and we will manually check available options together with our hotel partners.
Typically, we respond within a few business hours. During early booking periods or promotions, response times may vary slightly, but we will always keep you updated.
Depending on the offer, the package may include transport, accommodation, meals, transfers, insurance, and local assistance. All included items are clearly presented before booking.
You have two options:
1. Quick confirmation directly on the website
If the offer allows for instant booking, you can complete everything online via the “Book” button. Our booking system displays the final price and available spots, allowing you to pay the deposit or the full amount, and the booking is automatically confirmed.
2. Confirmation via a consultant
If you prefer to speak with a specialist or need assistance (special rooms, requests for children, groups, early check-in, etc.), and we will handle the booking for you. You will receive the contract and payment details via email or WhatsApp, and the booking becomes firm after the payment is recorded.
When booking, you can choose the payment method that suits you best:
- Full payment - You confirm the spots immediately and no longer have to worry about future deadlines.
- Payment in two stages - Paying a deposit at booking, and the balance is paid a certain number of days before departure. The exact deadlines and amounts are displayed during the booking process and are clearly stated in the contract and on the invoice received.
Regardless of the option chosen, you will receive confirmation and official documents via email or WhatsApp.
Payment can be made in Lei or Euro, depending on the offer. If payment is made in Lei for an offer expressed in Euro, the agency's internal exchange rate will be used, as communicated at the time of booking.
