• Under 5 years – 65% of the price (94 RON)
• 5–12 years – 85% of the price (123 RON)

Required documents: Identity card or valid passport. Children under 18 not accompanied by both parents require parental consent or other legal documents. Children under 14 must have a passport.

Minimum group size: 25 people.

Seating arrangements: In the coach, starting from the second row of seats, in the order of advance payment.

3. The guide or tour leader may change the order of visits without affecting the general structure of the program; in exceptional cases, attractions may be replaced only for reasons beyond the control of the agency or travelers (weather conditions, restrictions, authority decisions, etc.).
4. According to international regulations, guiding services inside museums can only be provided by local guides.
5. The agency is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of luggage, documents, or personal belongings; in such cases, the traveler must file a complaint with the competent authorities.
6. It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the accompanying guide, schedules, and any current pandemic measures.
7. Any payment made (full or partial) by bank transfer represents full acceptance of the terms and conditions of the travel services contract (available on the website). The traveler confirms that they are fit to travel and do not require special assistance (medical conditions/disabilities).
8. Transport will be by minibus, midi-coach, or coach, depending on the number of participants.

This program is an integral part of the travel services contract.

a.) 30% of the price of the travel services package, if the cancellation is made more than 30 calendar days before the departure date;

b.) 50% of the price of the travel services package, if the cancellation is made between 29 and 20 calendar days before the departure date;

c.) 100% of the price of the travel services package, if the cancellation is made:
– by not showing up for the program;
– within less than 19 calendar days before the departure date (or on the day of departure);
– if the traveler does not comply with the agency’s general conditions, provides incomplete or false documents, does not have a valid passport, or does not pay the full cost of the trip within the stipulated deadlines.

These penalties apply to the contract price specified in this agreement.
