Pilgrimage for the Feast of Saint Nicholas at Sitaru Monastery

On Saint Nicholas Day, children up to 12 years old, accompanied by their parents, benefit from free participation.

Itinerary
Bucharest – departure at 06:45 from Constitution Square parking

– Sitaru Monastery (founded by boyar Papa Greceanu, great-grandfather of ruler Constantin Brâncoveanu, 1627, participation in the Feast Day Divine Liturgy) – Căldărușani Monastery (veneration of the relics of Saint Gregory the Teacher) – Ghighiu Monastery (founded by ruler Mircea the Elder, 1408) – Turnu Monastery, Prahova

– return to Bucharest, Constitution Square parking.

Minimum group size: 34 persons

• Groups of 34–35 persons – transport by classified midi-coach
• Groups of 36–50 persons – transport by classified coach

Note:
– Minors must travel with at least one accompanying adult.
– The group leader may modify the program order or replace certain objectives or hotels depending on special circumstances.
– This document is an annex to the travel services contract.

Included services:

• Transport by classified coach (for smaller groups, transport will be by classified minibus)
• Group leader, licensed guide, theologian specialized in religious heritage
• Parking fees

Not included:

• Entrance fees to sites (approx. 10 RON)

a.) 30% of the price of the travel services package, if the cancellation is made more than 30 calendar days before the departure date;

b.) 50% of the price of the travel services package, if the cancellation is made between 29–20 calendar days before the departure date;

c.) 100% of the price of the travel services package, if the cancellation is made:
– by not showing up for the program;
– within less than 19 calendar days before the departure date (or on the day of departure);
– if the traveler is not allowed to cross one of the borders on the itinerary, for reasons related exclusively to their own situation or for reasons not attributable to the Agency;
– if the traveler does not comply with the Agency’s general conditions, presents incomplete or false documents, does not hold a valid passport, or does not pay the full price of the trip within the stipulated deadlines.

These penalties apply to the contract price specified in Article II of this agreement.
