Itinerary
Day 1: Bucharest – Chișinău – Manuc Bey Complex – Căpriana Monastery
Departure at 07:00 from Constitution Square, Bucharest
Route: Bucharest – Buzău – Vaslui – Albița – Chișinău
The first stop is the Manuc Bey Historical and Architectural Complex in Hîncești, an impressive boyar estate covering approximately 10 hectares. Acquired by Manuc Bey in 1816, the estate still preserves the palace with its winter garden, the watchtower, the fountain and the Hunting Castle, built by his descendants in the 19th century.
We continue with a visit to Căpriana Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in the Republic of Moldova, documented in 1429 and closely connected to the reign of Alexandru cel Bun. Here you will discover the tranquillity of an important Moldovan spiritual centre.
Arrival in Chișinău and accommodation at the 4-star Hotel Iris (or similar).
Evening at leisure for dinner and walks through the city centre.
Day 2: Orheiul Vechi – Curchi Monastery – Cricova Winery

Today we explore some of Moldova’s most representative attractions:
Curchi Monastery (10:00–10:40)
One of the country’s most beautiful monastic complexes, Curchi Monastery impresses with its harmonious architecture, restored churches and atmosphere of profound spirituality.
Orheiul Vechi (12:00–13:30)
A unique archaeological site set in a spectacular landscape. Here you will discover cave settlements, churches carved into the rock and traces of medieval civilisations. Orheiul Vechi is an ideal destination for lovers of history, nature and authentic traditions.
Traditional Moldovan lunch (13:30–15:00) – optional
The menu includes the renowned Moldovan plăcinte, prepared with local ingredients and traditional recipes.
Cricova – the underground wine city (16:00–18:00) – optional, EUR 45
Visit the famous Cricova underground winery, a true subterranean city with more than 120 km of galleries. You will discover the history of Moldovan wines and the cellars housing international collections, and take part in a premium wine tasting.
Evening: dinner included and accommodation at the hotel in Chișinău.
Day 3: Optional Transnistria excursion: Bender – Tiraspol – Noul Neamț Monastery

Tiraspol (11:00–12:30)
Discover the distinctive atmosphere of the Transnistria region, where Soviet influences are still visible. In Tiraspol you will see broad squares, historical monuments and buildings representative of the period’s architecture.
Themed “Back to the USSR” lunch – optional
An unusual culinary experience in a restaurant decorated in Soviet style.
Noul Neamț Monastery (14:30–15:20)
An important spiritual centre, known for its architecture and faithfully preserved monastic traditions.
Bender Fortress (16:00–17:00)
Visit Tighina (Bender) Fortress, a medieval stronghold built in the 16th century. You will explore its walls, towers and museum while discovering the region’s turbulent history.
Return to Chișinău, with dinner and accommodation included.
Day 4: Panoramic Chișinău Tour – Bucuria Confectionery Factory – Journey Home
After breakfast and check-out, we set off on a panoramic tour of Chișinău, during which we will see:
- Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard
- The Triumphal Arch
- The statue of Ștefan cel Mare
- The Alley of Classics
- Parliament
- The “Nativity of the Lord” Metropolitan Cathedral
Our final stop is the Bucuria Confectionery Factory, where you can choose from more than 300 varieties of traditional Moldovan sweets.

Cancellation Conditions:
a) 30% of the service package price for cancellation more than 30 days before departure;
b) 50% for cancellation 29–20 days before departure;
c) 100% for cancellation fewer than 19 days before departure or a no-show.
If the agency cancels because the minimum number of participants is not reached, paid amounts will be refunded exclusively by bank transfer.
- Any partial or full bank payment confirms complete acceptance of the tourist-services contract terms and conditions.
- This programme is an essential part of the tourist-services contract and is considered a special offer subject to the corresponding penalty conditions.
- Coach seats are allocated starting with the second row, in deposit-payment order.
- Hotel rooms are assigned by reception; room-location or condition issues must be resolved by the tourist directly with reception, assisted by the tour escort.
- The guide or group leader may change the order of visits without affecting the programme structure.
- The agency is not responsible for lost or stolen luggage, documents or personal belongings; the tourist must personally file a complaint with the competent authorities.
- Admission fees are partly payable in local currency and may be changed by local authorities independently of the agency.
- Accommodation star ratings follow the standards of the visited countries, and facilities conform to those standards.
