Rates and Discounts

· Price: 480 Lei / person (place in a double room).

· Single supplement: 100 Lei / person.

Minimum group size: 25 people. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the agency may cancel the departure, with the option of moving already registered travelers to another date of the same program, to a similar program, or refunding the amount paid by bank transfer.

The price includes

· Transport: coach / minibus, depending on the number of participants.

· Accommodation: one night at a hotel in double/triple rooms, with breakfast included.

· Accredited guide, theologian, specialized in religious heritage, who will accompany the group throughout the route.

The price does not include

· Entrance fees to tourist attractions.

· The remaining balance must be paid no later than 20 days before departure.

· Payment can be made by bank transfer or direct deposit into the account at Banca Comercială Română.

Terms and Conditions:

· Any payment made represents full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in the travel services contract.

· Seats on the coach are allocated starting from the second row, in the order in which the advance payment is received.

· The program presented is an integral part of the concluded contract.

Itinerary

Day 1: Day 1

06:45: Departure from Bucharest, Constitution Square car park.
Sinaia Monastery – Founded by Mihai Cantacuzino following a pilgrimage to Mount Sinai, this ancient monastery has an atmosphere of peace and prayer and is a symbol of Romanian faith and history.
Sâmbăta de Sus Monastery – A place filled with spirituality and beauty, founded by Constantin Brâncoveanu, where nature and faith blend harmoniously. The monastery museum houses one of the most impressive collections of Romanian icons painted on glass and wood.
Meal break on the way to the accommodation (not included in the price).
Accommodation at a 3-star hotel in Deva / Hunedoara / Alba Iulia.

Day 2: Day 2

Breakfast: Departure from the hotel at 08:00.
Prislop Monastery – Veneration at the tomb of Saint Arsenie the Confessor of Prislop, a place of prayer, reflection and spiritual enlightenment that draws pilgrims from across the country in search of grace and blessing. The cave of Saint John of Prislop can also be visited nearby.
Tomb of Saint Arsenie Boca – A pilgrimage site where prayer and hope come together for the joy of the soul.
Meal break along the route (not included in the price).
Cornet Monastery – Set in a picturesque landscape, this monastery brings peace to the soul and is protected by numerous holy relics, including those of Saint John the Baptist, Saint John the Russian Confessor, Saint Ephraim the New Martyr, Saint Nectarios of Aegina, Saint Menas the Great Martyr, Saint Eleutherius the Hieromartyr, Saint Athanasius the Great, Saint John Chrysostom, Saint Charalambos the Hieromartyr and Saint Catherine the Great Martyr.
Continue along the route: Pitești – Bucharest.

Terms

If the traveler withdraws from the travel services package that is the subject of this contract, the traveler owes the Agency cancellation penalties as follows:

a) 30% of the price of the travel services package, if the cancellation is made more than 30 calendar days before the departure date;

b) 50% of the price of the travel services package, if the cancellation is made between 29 and 20 calendar days before the departure date;

c) 100% of the price of the travel services package, if the cancellation is made:

- in case of no-show for the program;

- less than 19 calendar days before departure, or on the day of departure;

- if the traveler is not allowed to cross one of the borders on the route, for reasons related exclusively to the traveler or for reasons that cannot be attributed to the Agency;

- if the traveler does not comply with the Agency’s general conditions, presents incomplete or false documents, does not have a passport, or does not pay the trip in full within the stipulated deadlines. These penalties apply to the contract price mentioned in Article II of this contract.
