Itinerary

Day 1: Departure for Istanbul

In the evening, at 21:00 (Bucharest, Constitution Square car park) – GiurgiuRuseEdirneIstanbul

Day 2: Check-in

  • Visit to the Ecumenical Patriarchate

  • Hotel check-in at approximately 14:00

  • Istanbul by Night (optional): Tour of Istanbul by coach or minibus (depending on the number of participants). We visit a leather and fur clothing factory and a shop selling traditional Turkish sweets, then admire the city lights from Çamlıca Hill, with its elevated view over the Bosphorus. Çamlıca Hill is home to Çamlıca Mosque and Çamlıca Tower.

  • Istanbul by Night excursion (EUR 30/person): Departure at approximately 18:00. Get ready for a magical evening in Istanbul!

  • Return to the hotel: After an evening filled with excitement and spectacular scenery, we return to the hotel to rest.

Day 3: Free time

Breakfast at the hotel.

Free time to explore the city, or:

  • Optional excursion: ViaSea Aquarium, Lion Park and shopping at Via Port Marina – EUR 55/person (includes admission to all the attractions here).

  • Via Port Marina: A modern complex on Istanbul’s Asian side, offering a wide range of activities and facilities.

  • Shopping: The mall is home to numerous shops, including international and local brands.

  • Entertainment: Via Port Marina includes a theme park, a lion park, an aquarium, an aqua park and various entertainment centres.

  • Marina: Capacity for 750 berths and high-quality services for boat owners.

  • Restaurants: Numerous restaurant and café options (the meal is not included in the price).

  • ViaSea Aquarium: Istanbul’s longest underwater tunnel, bringing together 12,000 marine creatures and thousands of reptiles. The world’s first climate-themed aquarium.

  • Lion Park: Turkey’s first and only zoo dedicated to wild cats, home to almost 30 animals from 12 different species.

  • In the afternoon, optionally, after returning from ViaSea Aquarium, a walking tour of the Sultanahmet area – the Blue Mosque and the Egyptian Obelisk. We continue the tour with visits to Hagia Sophia and Gülhane Park, reaching Topkapı Palace. Fee: EUR 20 (museum admission is not included and may vary between EUR 25 and EUR 50 per person).

  • Return to the hotel and free time.

Day 4: Journey on the Bosphorus

  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Free time and unforgettable experiences in Istanbul.

  • Morning: Walk through the Grand Bazaar – the ideal place to discover Istanbul’s authentic charm.

  • Free time to explore.

  • Evening – optional excursion: Dinner and Night Cruise on the Bosphorus (EUR 60/person). Bosphorus boat trip with dinner included (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), traditional dances and music.

  • A journey on the Bosphorus at sunset is considered by visitors to be the most impressive encounter with Istanbul’s history and civilisation, rewarding you with memories and photographs that will inspire the admiration of those around you. On this memorable journey by water, you will explore Istanbul’s unique historical and architectural landmarks, including the Golden Horn, the Seven Hills Peninsula, Fatih Mosque, Galata Bridge, Dolmabahçe Palace, Ortaköy Mosque, the Bosphorus Bridge, Rumeli Fortress and the Maiden’s Tower.

  • Return to the hotel.

Day 5: Departure for Bucharest

Departure for Bucharest after breakfast. Stop at a shop for last-minute souvenirs and mementos from Turkey. Arrival back in Bucharest at approximately 22:00, depending on traffic.

  • The trip is organised strictly for tourism purposes, to discover the beauty and culture of Istanbul.

  • Entrance fees to tourist attractions may change before the departure date.

  • The trip programme may be adjusted depending on weather conditions.

  • Required documents: passport or identity card valid for at least 6 months.

  • The agency does not arrange room sharing for people travelling alone.

  • The classification of accommodation units complies with the local standards of the countries visited.

  • The guide/tour escort may change the order and timing of visits without affecting the structure of the programme.

  • Children under 6 years old staying with two adults benefit from free accommodation, without an extra bed.

  • Coach seats are allocated starting from the second row, in the order in which the trip is paid.

  • Each person is entitled to one checked bag with standard accepted dimensions (maximum 60x40x20 cm). Extra or larger luggage will not be accepted without an additional fee.

  • Document validity: passport or identity card valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.


Cancellation conditions:

a) 30% of the package price for cancellations made more than 30 days before departure;

b) 50% of the package price for cancellations made between 29 and 20 days before departure;

c) 100% of the package price for cancellations made less than 19 days before departure or in case of no-show.

If the trip or tour is cancelled by the agency because the minimum number of participants is not reached, the amounts paid by travellers will be refunded to their accounts by bank transfer only.


  • Any payment, whether partial or full, made by bank transfer confirms full acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated in the travel services contract.

  • This programme is an essential part of the travel services contract and is considered a special offer, subject to the corresponding cancellation penalties.

  • Coach seats are allocated starting from the second row, according to the order in which the deposit is paid.

  • Room allocation in hotels is carried out by the hotel receptions; any issues related to room location or condition will be resolved directly by the traveller at reception, with the assistance of the tour escort.

  • The guide or group leader has the right to change the order of visits to tourist attractions without affecting the structure of the programme.

  • The agency is not responsible for the loss or theft of luggage, documents or other personal belongings; in such cases, the traveller must personally file a complaint with the competent authorities.

  • Entrance fees to tourist attractions are paid partly in local currency and may be changed by local authorities independently of the agency.

  • The star rating of accommodation units is determined by the standards of the countries visited, and the facilities provided comply with those standards.

  • The agency is not liable if border authorities refuse travellers entry into or exit from their territory.

  • According to international regulations, guided services inside museums may only be provided by locally authorised guides.
