Cancellation Conditions

If the traveller withdraws through their own fault from the tourist-services package covered by this contract, the following penalties are owed to the organiser:
a) 25% when withdrawal occurs after booking and up to 60 days before departure.

b) 50% when withdrawal occurs 60–40 calendar days before departure;

c) 75% when withdrawal occurs 29–14 calendar days before departure;

d) 100% when withdrawal occurs fewer than 14 calendar days before departure, or when the tourist does not attend the departure point on the established date and time.

e) For special offers, Early Booking, Last Minute and City Break offers, the penalty is 100% at any time.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the agency may cancel the pilgrimage/excursion and fully refund all amounts paid by registered customers by bank transfer.

Terms and Conditions

  • Any payment constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions in the tourist-services contract.
  • Minibus seats are allocated starting with the second row, in the order deposits are paid.
  • The presented programme forms an integral part of the concluded contract.
