Cancellation conditions:
If the traveller cancels, through their own fault, the package of travel services that is the subject of this contract, they owe the Organizer penalties as follows: a) 25% if the cancellation is made after the booking has been completed and up to 60 days before departure.
b) 50% if the cancellation is made between 60 and 40 calendar days before the departure date;
c) 75% if the cancellation is made between 29 and 14 calendar days before the departure date;
d) 100% if the cancellation is made less than 14 calendar days before the departure date, or if the tourist does not arrive at the departure point on the established day and at the established time.
e) For special offers, Early Booking, Last Minute and City Break offers, the penalty is 100% at any time.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the agency may cancel the pilgrimage/excursion and will fully refund, by bank transfer, the amounts paid by the registered participants.
Terms and Conditions:
· Any payment made represents full acceptance of the terms and conditions provided in the travel services contract.
· Seats in the minibus are allocated starting from the second row, in the order in which the advance payment is made.
· The presented programme is an integral part of the concluded contract.
