Cancellation Conditions:

If the traveller withdraws through their own fault, the following penalties apply:
a) 25% after booking and up to 60 days before departure;
b) 50% when withdrawal occurs 60–40 calendar days before departure;
c) 75% when withdrawal occurs 29–14 calendar days before departure;
d) 100% fewer than 14 calendar days before departure or for failure to attend the departure point on the established date and time;
e) 100% at any time for special, Early Booking, Last Minute and City Break offers.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the agency may cancel and fully refund all paid amounts by bank transfer.

Terms and Conditions:

· Any payment constitutes full acceptance of the tourist-services contract terms and conditions.
· Minibus seats are allocated starting with the second row, in deposit-payment order.
· The programme forms an integral part of the contract.
